Healthidia is a personal health record. This policy sets out how it may be used, and what will get an account suspended.
1. Permitted use
- Recording and organising your own health information.
- Recording information for a dependant in your care (a child, or an adult for whom you are the recognised carer), where you are lawfully entitled to do so.
- Exporting or emailing your own summary to a clinician you choose.
2. Prohibited use
- Uploading another person's medical records without their informed consent.
- Using Healthidia to deliver clinical services to patients, or as a clinic's system of record. It is not built, certified, or licensed as a medical device or an electronic health record system.
- Relying on Healthidia for emergency care, medication dosing decisions, or diagnosis.
- Attempting to access other users' data, bypass authentication or row-level access controls, probe or scan our infrastructure, or disrupt the service.
- Automated scraping, bulk account creation, or reselling access; abusing AI extraction features with content unrelated to your own health records.
- Uploading malware, illegal content, or material that infringes someone else's rights.
- Reverse engineering, or removing notices and disclaimers from exported reports.
3. Account security is shared
Keep your password confidential, use a passkey where your device supports it, and sign out on shared computers. Tell us immediately at support@healthidia.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. Accuracy of what you enter
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you type, edit, or accept from an AI extraction. Manual and edited entries are labelled inside the app so anyone reading your record — including your clinician — can see where a value came from.
5. Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and where required report unlawful activity. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will contact you first and give you an opportunity to export your data.
6. Reporting abuse
Report abuse or a suspected security vulnerability to support@healthidia.com. Please do not test against other people's accounts — see the Security Policy.
