Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Healthidia targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are not claiming full conformance yet — this statement describes where we genuinely are.

2. What is in place today

• Semantic HTML headings, landmarks, and labelled form fields.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, buttons, and dialogs, with visible focus styles.
• A colour palette chosen for contrast, with clinical status never communicated by colour alone — ranges are also stated in text.
• Responsive layouts that work on phones, tablets, and desktops, including zoom.
• Alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
• Captions for the introduction videos in 13 languages, with native player controls for volume and full screen.
• Text alternatives to camera-based entry — every value can be typed manually.

3. Known limitations

• Interactive trend charts convey data visually; the same values are available in the underlying record lists, but chart-level screen-reader summaries are not complete.
• Some dense tables in exported PDFs are not tagged for assistive technology.
• No formal third-party accessibility audit has been performed.
• Camera scanning and Bluetooth pairing depend on browser features that vary by device.

If any part of Healthidia is unusable for you, contact us and we will help you enter, retrieve, or export your information another way.

5. Feedback

Report an accessibility barrier to support@healthidia.com with the subject "Accessibility". Tell us the page, your device, and any assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within five working days.
