Copyright Policy

1. Your content

You keep all rights in the health records, notes, and documents you upload. You grant Healthidia only the limited licence needed to store, display, process, export, and — when you ask — email that content back to you or to a recipient you choose. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not sell it.

2. Our content

The Healthidia name, wordmark, logo, tagline "Your Health. Organized. Secure. Accessible.", interface design, written copy, educational range guidance, report templates, and introduction videos are protected by copyright and trademark law and remain the property of Healthidia. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative products from them without written permission.

3. What you may do

• Use the app for your personal health record keeping.
• Download, print, and share your own exported reports and summaries.
• Link to any public Healthidia page.

4. What you may not do

• Remove disclaimers, attribution, or branding from exported documents.
• Copy the interface, copy, or videos into a competing product.
• Use the Healthidia name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership.

5. Third-party material

Healthidia is built with open-source software licensed by its respective authors, and uses icon and font libraries under their own licences. Those licences continue to apply to that material.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on Healthidia infringes your copyright, email support@healthidia.com with the subject "Copyright" and include:

• Identification of the work you say is infringed.
• The exact location (URL) of the material on Healthidia.
• Your contact details.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act.

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable infringing material where appropriate, and notify the affected user where we can. Repeat infringers lose access. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address.
